Workshop Summary

This workshop introduced learners to the creative process of leveraging polarities within educational settings. Through open-ended dialogue and hands-on activities using Polarity Thinking™ and Polarity Mapping®, participants successfully explored how Knowledge (and) Discovery can coexist across diverse learning environments.

By mapping interdependent factors with attention to creative thinking and emotional intelligence, learners experienced firsthand how both/and thinking can challenge and support transformation.
They left with practical insights and strategies for applying this approach to enhance both educational and organisational practice, demonstrating the powerful impact of applying integrative thinking into real-world learning contexts.
