Welcome to a Transformative Way to Nurture Creativity

InsideOut Creativity began with lived experience, noticing how creativity grows and is diminished in both children and adults. That curiosity led to the study of deliberate or applied creativity, exploring how lived experience and research can shape new ways of learning and leading.

 

Over time, I identified patterns of creative growth – powerful moments of curiosity, imagination and courage. I also began listening more deeply to educators and leaders share their stories of learning, both personal and professional. Many spoke of disillusionment, feeling constrained by systems that didn’t allow them or their learners to truly thrive.

 

That’s what led me to design the Seven Touchpoints of InsideOut Creativity –
embodied creative practices that invite reflection, collaboration and transformation.

 

Each touchpoint holds a both/and tension.

These touchpoints aren’t steps to follow, they’re invitations to explore.

Exploring the interdependence between our personal and professional creative identities, and applying that understanding across the whole learning ecosystem – in schools, universities, organisations and communities.

 

We work alongside you to research, design, and facilitate creative learning experiences that build trust and activate agency to lead authentic change.
